*MRI is the magnetic resonance imaging (Expt 12) available in special handout. Since MRI involves paramagnetic resonance, the EPR experiment precedes MRI. MRI is new this semester, so we expect some bugs. If MRI is down, talk to the TA. He will probably tell you to do the magnetic susceptibility (Expt 7) in its place.
+Since MRI and EPR share some of the equipment, if two groups need to use the equipment at the same time, talk to the TA. He will arrange another schedule. It works out well if you arrange to come in during Chem 347 (nobody will be using the EPR equipment then) or during Wed or Thurs evening. However you should arrange this with the TA because you can't work in the lab without a TA present.
